Señora Cory joined Brookfield's faculty in 2016 as the Spanish Teacher. She has a deep passion for teaching. As a native Spanish speaker, she knows the challenges associated with learning a new language. "I draw on my childhood experiences learning English to make Spanish classes fun for my students. I utilize games, songs, and art projects in my curriculum to ensure students remain engaged in the new language."
Señora Cory is an experienced Spanish and ELL English and Science teacher, with several years of classroom experience working with middle school at Will Rogers Middle School and high school students at Bella Vista High School. I will bring cultural awareness to my students through songs, games, and art projects that will help immerse them in the Spanish language and culture."
