Pink Ladybugs

In social  studies, we are studying the western region of the United States, and we are continuing to receive lots of mail from all over the United States for our Flat Stanley project.

We just finished reading Romeo and Juliet in literature and we are anxious to read more of Shakespeare's works. We learned about comedy and tragedy, and what life was like in Shakespeare's time.

Math is keeping us busy with adding and subtracting fractions and learning more about customary and metric measurement.

We have just started reading a novel called, A Mark on History, which is about how the Chinese people helped to build the transcontinental railroad across the United States.
