Mrs. Cullen joined the Brookfield faculty in 2012 as a second grade teacher. Mrs. Cullen taught 1st and 2nd grade for the first five years of her teaching career in private schools in Sacramento, followed by grades K through 4 in local public school districts. Throughout her 11 years of teaching, she has taught a diverse population of students, including English language learners, students with learning disabilities, and both high and low academic level students. She is adept at using a variety of teaching strategies and techniques in her classroom to address the different learning styles of her students. Mrs. Cullen recognizes each student as an individual and enjoys the challenge of inspiring each student to reach his or her potential.
