Please complete the application and ask your child's current teacher to complete the teacher recommendation form if your child is currently enrolled in a school or preschool. Bring these forms with you when you make an appointment to have your child assessed for admission/placement. Call us at (916) 442-1255 to schedule your child's assessment appointment. Open enrollment starts mid-February.

Interested in applying for Financial Aid?
Please indicate your request for Financial Aid in the application. If your child has been tested and accepted, you may qualify for financial aid if you meet these three requirements:
1. The cost of tuition for all children attending Brookfield exceeds 17.5% of the financially responsible parents' adjusted gross income and tax refund.
2. You have paid the $100 testing fee. Your child must be tested and qualify for acceptance prior to applying for Financial Aid.
3. You have completed the on-line Financial Aid Application (SSS) and have uploaded all required documents by the deadline indicated on the application.
Note: Financial aid is in the form of reduced tuition payments in exchange for the family's commitment to service to the school. Failure to fulfill service hours results in billing of $100 for every hour of unfulfilled service. Parents with outstanding hours and/or tuition may not re-enroll for the following year. All financial aid recipients must re-apply every year their child attends the school.
