Pre-first Student Trades Places with the Principal for a Day!
Congratulations to William, who was the lucky winner of the "Principal for a Day" drawing. To qualify for the opportunity to trade places with Dr. Jo, students had to raise a minimum of $100 in the Mathathon, benefitting St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. This is an annual school-wide fundraiser that occurs around the Thanksgiving holiday. William had a great time visiting classrooms, handling disciplinary issues, and handling all kinds of principal duties while Dr. Jo had to take his place in the Pre-first class. Both William and Dr. Jo were exhausted after their days walking in each other's shoes!
